This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are issued for services provided by Medics Journey Support.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer full refunds within ten (10) days of payment, provided that:

  • The refund request is submitted within the 10-day window

  • The service has not been fully delivered or completed


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after 10 days from payment

  • The service has been fully delivered

  • Access has been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

  • The user is found ineligible due to false or misleading information


4. Payment Processing Fees

  • Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable

  • All fees are the responsibility of the client


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, Flutterwave, etc.).

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. Taxes

Prices for our services do not include taxes. No tax refunds apply.
